Data Protection
Trust and respect is at the heart of all of our dealings with each other. You expect this to apply to the data that we collect on you - it will.
The data will only be that required to run the PTA - Names, contact details, children's names / classes and attendance of PTA meetings.
The information that we have will be used purely for PTA business, and will not be passed on to any third party.
We recognise that the e-mail list we currently use is open for all recipients to each others addresses. This has not been a problem so far, but we are looking into ways to overcome this. The list would still be available for function organisers to contact members directly.
