Samuels passed round copies of the Treasurer’s Report and talked it
through.

present she is the caretaker Treasurer and the position, including roles and
responsibilities of the Treasurer will be re-advertised.
TLC/DIY
Graham Tucker informe=

meeting that due to the wet weather the painting of the Reception class huts
was cancelled. The volunteers
carried out garden maintenance work instead. Graham expressed his thanks to all=
that
helped. It was agreed at the
meeting that the painting work will be carried out in Spring 2006.

Santa’s Grotto =

that the Grotto will stay in situ for a week after the fair. It was agreed to pass a £10 =

informed the meeting that he is in the process of organising a working party
from Waitrose to carry out some works in The Dell area. Proposed dates are Wednesday 5th

It was agreed that funds will be available for any materials or prep=

works needed.

forward for a family evening event early next year, some suggestions were:
Bingo, Pancake Night, Poker Night, Mr & Mrs, Quiz Night, Who Wants to b=

Millionaire, Make-Up Artist Night, Burns Supper, Horse Racing, St. Patricks
Night, Health Night and Take Your Pick Night. This will be discussed at the next
meeting.
