The volunteers carried out garden maintenance work instead. Graham expressed his thanks to all= that helped. It was agreed at the meeting that the painting work will be carried out in Spring 2006.<o:p></o:= p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> Upcoming PTA Activities<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> Christmas Gift Fair - 3rd December 10.30am - 1pm<o:p></o= :p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> Lydia Fry gave an upd= ate. Helpers are needed for Friday from = 3.30pm to set up and on Saturday from 1pm to help tidy up.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> Peter Kehoe has had a sign made which will go on the main school gates to adverti= se the fair.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> Santa’s Grotto = : Sacha Izycki-Herman thanked all the people who helped with wrapping the gifts.<o:= p></o:p> It was requested and = agreed that the Grotto will stay in situ for a week after the fair. Proposed dates are Wednesday 5<sup= >th and Thursday 6th April 2006.&nb= sp; It was agreed that funds will be available for any materials or prep= aration works needed.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> <![if !supportLists]>Ÿ = <![endif]>Ideas were = put forward for a family evening event early next year, some suggestions were: Bingo, Pancake Night, Poker Night, Mr & Mrs, Quiz Night, Who Wants to b= e a Millionaire, Make-Up Artist Night, Burns Supper, Horse Racing, St. Patricks Night, Health Night and Take Your Pick Night. This will be discussed at the next meeting.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p></sp= an> <![if !supportLists]>Ÿ = <![endif]>Ian Benbow suggested that a mechanical sweeper may be useful around the school.
