e-bay: Would parents donate items for budding entrepreneurs to sell on E-bay on our behalf? Do we have people who would do this?

e-bay: There is a facility for people to donate a percentage of their selling price to a charity. Could we set up an account for parents to this for us?

Matched Giving: Large firms often have 'Matched Giving Schemes' which we have already benefited from - Barclays etc. Perhaps this needs to be pushed a bit more.

Car-boot sale: Could we, should we put one on? what is involved? has any one done one?

100 Club: Would some one organise a regular draw with 50% of the proceeds going to the PTA and 50% going as a prize to the monthly winner? Would a 49 club operating in a similar fashion be better with the winner being determined by the 'Bonus Ball' in, say the Lottery Bonus Ball on the first Saturday in the month?
